Les seves accions s\u00f3n m\u00faltiples: antiinflamat\u00f2ries, antioxidants, antitumorals i antimicrobianes (virus, fongs, bacteris, par\u00e0sits). De tota manera, l&#8217;efecte de la curcumina, el principal polifenol, disminueix notablement si es pren sense subst\u00e0ncies que afavoreixin que s&#8217;absorbeixi i exerceixi la seva acci\u00f3. Entre elles, destaca el pebre negre, seguit del gingebre.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Hi ha preparats que nom\u00e9s contenen c\u00farcuma i altres que inclouen subst\u00e0ncies que potencien la seva assimilaci\u00f3. Interacciona amb anticoagulants orals (sintrom), betabloquejants (antiar\u00edtmics) i amb el midazolam. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Com es pren.<\/strong> Com a condiment \u2013arrel a rodanxes o en pols\u2013 per potenciar el sabor dels plats i aprofitar-ne els beneficis sobre la salut, o en comprimits, olis essencials o xarops. En aquest cas, les dosis varien en funci\u00f3 dels s\u00edmptomes, els antecedents m\u00e8dics i el producte. Les preparacions m\u00e9s potents s&#8217;elaboren amb extracte sec del rizoma. Es prescriuen de 200-600 mg al dia fins a 5-8 grams al dia, repartits en tres preses. Un efecte secundari podrien ser les diarrees, per\u00f2 si s&#8217;ingereix en dosis progressives solen desapar\u00e8ixer.   <\/p>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Omega-3, greixos protectors<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n<p>Aquests \u00e0cids grassos poliinsaturats s\u00f3n essencials per al cos, que no els pot generar per si mateix. Exerceixen una acci\u00f3 antiinflamat\u00f2ria, antitumoral, cardioprotectora i anticoagulant, disminueixen el colesterol, els triglic\u00e8rids i la tensi\u00f3 arterial, regulen el ritme card\u00edac i protegeixen el sistema nervi\u00f3s. Hi ha sis tipus. Els principals s\u00f3n el DHA (acci\u00f3 m\u00e9s espec\u00edfica als ulls i el sistema nervi\u00f3s) i l&#8217;EPA (m\u00e9s a nivell cardiovascular i inflamatori).   <\/p>\n\n<p>Si es pren medicaci\u00f3 per a un daquests problemes, cal consultar al metge abans de prendre suplements.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Com es pren.<\/strong> Ingerir omega-3 sempre cal. Es troben al peix blau, les llavors de lli, ch\u00eda, s\u00e8sam, carbassa i c\u00e0nem, les nous i els olis de lli i onagra. Si l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 \u00e9s correcta i variada, potser nom\u00e9s cal prendre suplements en \u00e8poques puntuals d&#8217;estr\u00e8s, durant la lact\u00e0ncia, malalties reum\u00e0tiques, inflamat\u00f2ries, degeneratives o per refor\u00e7ar el sistema nervi\u00f3s i cardiovascular. <\/p>\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic<\/strong><\/h6>\n\n<p>Fer exercici amb regularitat preveu nombroses malalties i millora l&#8217;\u00e0nim.<\/p>\n\n<p>L&#8217;exercici f\u00edsic regular \u00e9s un aliat lliure de contraindicacions, interaccions i efectes secundaris.
